🟣 7.14 Retaliation/New Life Rules/Gang Territory

Article I - This rule outlines retaliation rules and gang territory scenes. If you are in an active scene with another gang regarding territory and people go down, the cooldown period is in effect (50 minutes). During this time, NEITHER PARTY is eligible to retaliate. Retaliation is anything that decreases the other party's territory. (i.e. selling drugs, robbing stores, removing their spray paint and adding spray paint in their turf)
