😎5.4 - Right to a Supervisor

All citizens are given the Right to request a supervisor on the scene if they feel like they are not being treated fairly or charged in a wrongful manner. The only time they are denied this is if no supervisors are on duty at that time or if the officer that is conducting the traffic stop/arrest is already a supervisor (SGT+).
